MELT On Demand is organized into simple categories that help you find the videos you’re looking for – fast. These include:
Getting Started: perfect for new MELTers or anyone with a special circumstance or medical issue
Sequences: shorter treatments that address specific areas of the body (5- to 20-minute videos)
Custom Maps: treatments in the areas of pain, sports performance, and lifestyle (20- to 45-minute videos)
Classes: treatments designed as a full class (30- to 60-minute videos)
Programs: MELT-branded programs such as MELT Performance
New MELTers will appreciate our Getting Started category, which will provide you with a streamlined process for learning how to MELT, one video tutorial at a time.
Experienced MELTers can accelerate their practice through Classes and Custom Maps, which include videos like the Full Body MELT Class, MELT for Running, MELT Hip Opener Map, and MELT for Sleep.
